What we collect.
The qualifier collects your answers (goal, timeline, ranges, state) and — only if you choose — your first name and a way to reach you. The qualifier never asks for your SSN and never pulls credit. The official application (Form 1003) is collected by the secure portal under its own privacy policy.
How it's stored.
On this static site, qualifier answers live in your browser's session storage and are transmitted with the application handoff. We do not run advertising trackers on this page.
Attribution parameters.
If you arrived from a social post, a ?src= tag tells us which content brought you. It's used to make better content, not to profile you.
Calls & texts.
Calling or texting 855-CALL-JAKE initiates contact with Jake Taylor. Message/data rates may apply for SMS; reply STOP to opt out of texts.
